Arrival
We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time, unfortunately late arrival will result in a reduced treatment time as a courtesy to the next client.
Cancellations
Please remember to telephone the salon to cancel if you are unable to make your appointment. We operate a wait list for clients and your cancellation could make another person very happy! 24 hours notice is required to avoid a 100% charge, missed appointments will also incur a 100% charge

Please remember flip flops or open toed sandals when having a pedicure. For spray tans please wear or bring with you dark, loose fitting clothing to your appointment and refrain from body lotions, perfume and deodorant on the day.

Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that could affect your treatments when making your appointment.
Children and Pets
In consideration of other clients and for safety reasons we kindly request that you do not bring children or pets with you to your appointments.
