We recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the treatment start time.
Unfortunately late arrival for an appointment will result in a reduced treatment time.
Special awareness and precautions need to be taken during pregnancy, therefore please advise us if you are pregnant when booking your appointment.
Please wear dark, loose fitting clothing when having a Sienna spray tan.
We respectfully bring to your attention that a minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellation of appointments or alteration to the treatments booked. Less than 24 hours notice or missed appointments will incur a 100% charge.
Credit card details are required for all bookings.
Gift vouchers are available for specific treatments or monetary value and are valid for 6 months and are non-refundable.
We respectfully request clients switch off their mobile phones as a benefit to themselves and as a courtesy to other clients.
In consideration of other clients and for safety reasons we kindly request that you do not bring children or pets with you to your appointments.
